Frequently asked questions

  • To book a conference room, scroll up to the top of this page and click the button “Rent a conference room” to be redirected to our scheduling app. From there, you can choose the room, date, and time that works best for you. Select the window of time for which you would like to book your meeting, then fill out your personal information and payment method, and click “Confirm and pay.” You’ll receive a booking confirmation to the email address provided, as well as a copy of your invoice.

  • No, conference rooms are not available to book on the weekends.

    You may book a conference room during our staff hours, Monday to Friday 8am-4pm.

    In the event that you need a room until 5pm, please email us at community@monikergroup.com or call (619) 546-5888 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • In addition to the amenities listed for each room, you are also welcome to enjoy any of our complimentary kitchen beverages: drip coffee, tea, filtered water, cold brew, kefir soda, and beer on tap.

    Please note that our common areas and phone booths are not included in our conference room rentals.

  • Our staff will be at the front desk at 2869 Historic Decatur Rd. to check you in for your reservation and show you to your conference room.

  • Log in to your account or access your booking confirmation email to manage your reservation. Go to the “Bookings” on the left hand side, then select the booking you wish to modify or cancel.

    To reschedule a booking, click “Reschedule” and select the date/time you would like to change the reservation to.

    To cancel a booking, click “Cancel the reservation.” This will cancel the booking, but please reach out to us at community@monikergroup.com to assist with processing your refund (only eligible for bookings cancelled outside of 24 hours).

    Cancellation policy: We require you to cancel at least 24 hours before the start of your reservation for a refund of the booking. We deduct a 3% fee from the total cost of the booking to issue a refund.

    Cancellations within 24 hours of the start of your reservation are not eligible for a refund, but the unused credits will be added to the account and can be used for future bookings.

  • When a conference room has been reserved, the hosting user may invite as many guests as are suitable for the booked space for the time allotted. We have a 6 person room (Conference Room A), 8 person room (Conference Room B), and 10 person conference room (Main Conference Room).

    If you have additional team members who would like to use our common area space, we can set them up with a day pass for $35/person.

  • There is plenty of parking available and it’s free! We are located in a large parking lot in Liberty Station, with lots of labeled visitor parking.
